Your Agreement to the Terms and Conditions and use of the services provided by Maleny Wedding Photography
- You acknowledge that ALL images are copyright, belong to MWP and must not be copied, duplicated or used in any commercial use without prior permission and payment to MWP.
- Maleny Wedding Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes on social media, websites and printed media to demonstrate our services and products. Customers have the right to prohibit such use by written denial before services are provided.
- High quality images are supplied as jpegs for viewing on electronic devices and DIY printing.
4. RAW files of 60mb for each photo require professional software to read and are studio working files to produce your high quality photos. RAW files are NOT released to the public.
5. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Force Majeure
Maleny Wedding Photography will make every attempt to ensure that services agreed to are carried out professionally on the date assigned. MWP will not be held responsible if a condition outside our control by an act of god or third party prevents us from delivering our services. Contingency plans are put into place in the case of severe weather conditions that may impede or prevent the agreed location photography.
Refund Policy
The booking fee of $500 is non refundable after 30 days as reserved dates prevent us from taking other bookings.
MWP reserves the right to hold in trust any monies paid if the wedding has to be postponed to another day that is suitable to both parties.
If the wedding is cancelled completely within 30 days of the date then all money paid will be retained due to loss of income for the reserved date and provision of services.
All albums and prints are unconditionally guaranteed for 7 years with full replacement.
