NO  (USB is old technology) because we use the latest technology and email you a link  which can be shared with all your friends and family. Just tap the link and instantly the photos download to your mobile device. Optimized photos for your mobile available in 48 hours. Easy and so quick.

We have all your wedding photos edited and enhanced within 48 hours of your wedding and available to download on your mobile devices.  Use a full time professional who knows what they are doing.  Waiting 6 weeks is unacceptable and probably means the photographer is part time and has a full time job .

Basically this is unlimited.  As a rough guide we may take  as many as 80 photos per hour, one every 50 seconds! Quality NOT quantity is essential, so once we edit the photos  we  aim to provide you with between 60 quality photos per hour of photography, this of course depends on the size of your wedding.  You DO NO want someone who throws you thousands of photos which are repetitive.  Our professional training and years of experience results in stunning photos that tell your wedding story.

YES, we work with another photography business who has specialised  equipment, three video cameras, audio equipment, drones and sophisticated  editing software.

So important that you have a wedding photographer and videographer that know how to work together so you have a seamless service.

These master files are then edited and enhanced to produce high quality photo albums and wall art. Master files are archived on our servers for 7 years.

If there is a family emergency or restrictions because of a pandemic we will move your date to another available date without any financial penalty. However  a complete cancellation will result in the loss of monies paid.

A full refund of your booking deposit is paid if you cancel within 30 days of booking. After 30 days it becomes non-refundable because we may lose valuable bookings for your wedding date by other couples which causes us financial loss. All monies  must be paid 30 days before the wedding date.

An HR file or High Resolution file is a common term for part time photographers who provide a photo jpg file in an approximate size of 7MB per photo. Perfect if you want to do your own printing at your local photo lab.

Maleny wedding photography does NOT usually provide these files unless specifically asked. We find most of our customers prefer optimized photo files for fast viewing on mobile devices. Our Master Files are used for impressive commercial printing for albums and wall art.
